Except Adam and Eddy have specifically stated Chad is a LWM person, because they wanted to explore what happens when someone is in love with someone not from a story realm.

Right, but they were dating each other, not a character from a story realm (well, Tamara was Neal's girlfriend, but not because she actually cared about him).
I choose to trust the writers on this one as well. Chad will be a pure LWM character.
My favorite theory is the one about Jack/Nck actually being Hansel and getting revenge on the witches of the coven because of his own tragic past with one of them. It seems like they currently want us to suspect Facilier though.
