The image I uploaded over yours was from the Blu-ray of Season Six. Any time I screen capture using it, it utilizes the whole screen. You must be doing something wrong when capturing from Netflix. Because the image you uploaded, the bottom half was cut off. (I could tell because some of the background extras were cut off in yours, but full-body in mine) I'd suggest holding off from uploading any images until you fix this issue, as users on here would need to replace your images with ones that utilize the entire screen.
It's all good. :) As I mentioned above, rectify the issue(s) you are having with screen capturing Netflix and/or iTunes and then consider uploading screen captures. Because our policies do state that screen shots must utilize the entire screen. And for some reason, yours do not.
What screengrabbing tool are you using? If you're just doing simple key commands ("command shift 3" on a Macbook) then the pause button may show up, but if you use something else where you do a key command, grab and select the whole screen, then it should work without the stuff in the bottom popping up.
