Given Lucy appears to be 11, does that mean Henry spent at least 12 to 13 years here? If so does that amount of time equal one year in the Real World.

In other words, there's no mathematical equation to determine how time moves compared to our world because time in the storybook realms is moving as fast as it needs to progress the story.
That's interesting and very meta. I like it.
Your assuming Henry spent all his time in the magical forest versus skipping to other realms. Before we can make any conclusions on time we need to get the full Magical forest backstory with Henry and Jacinda.
Of course, we're assuming. This thread would be necessary if we already knew the answer. 😁
Then you would ask this question after it is confirmed time moved differently in the Magical forest. Right now we have no confirmation that time does or doesn't move faster in the magical forest.
I'm aware of that, but I'm not the creator of this thread. I was just adding my theory as to why characters have aged inconsistently as a possible answer. Obviously, nothing's confirmed.

Yes we do. Present day HH is in 2017, and yet Henry is a grown adult with a 10 year old daughter. Time in NEF has to move faster, otherwise it couldn't be 2017 in HH.

I think they were implying that Henry could have visited other realms before NEF and time in those realms moved faster and that NEF might be moving at normal speed. We're 8 episodes in, with no clear explanation about how time works. The only reason we know its 2017 is because the writers said so in an interview.
Um, guys. If we just watched all of what has aired, Henry was likely in the New Enchanted Forst since leaving Storybrooke. He only had one magic bean.
Not necessarily. NEF/NFTL has random portals appear all the time, so Henry could have ended up there after heading somewhere else.

That's right. Emma went to Storybrooke in 2011 and Henry was just 10. When he left Storybrooke, we don't know where he went but we know that he ended up in the New Enchanted Forest. I personaly think that he travelled a lot and then went to the New Enchanted Forest and then Regina, Hook and Emma came and they were still young. After some time Zelena followed.
