So we're gonna meet more Authors. Is it finally the day when Andersen, Perrault or the Grimm brothers appear? Or Scheherazade perhaps?

Every time someone talks about fairy tales, there is no way to not think about the Brothers Grimm. They definitely have to be been on this the show.
I feel like it will probably just be more original characters, like Issac.
Well, presumably Walt Disney was an author, so it's possible the other authors are real but dead. Maybe some of them wrote themselves into their own fairy tales.
L.Frank Baum's last words were said to be: "Now we can cross the Shifting Sands" (a desert that surrounds Oz and cuts it off from the rest of the world.)
I do think it's funny that Eddy always speaks a bit too quickly. XD
He says one author for each book, but I'll take it to mean "at least one" as the Emma-related book has had at least three authors (Walt, Isaac, Henry). I know they won't do it, but I hope they address the LoUS book and the Underworld book. I mean we could argue that the properties of the UW just conjures up a book about their "dead" stories, but we know jacksquat about the LoUS and I don't think we'll start to now.
I think we'll meet like one or two.
What if Alice is the Author of the second book?
You mean the book Henry is currently the Author (of a new book he seemingly wrote nad passed on to Lucy)?
I mean Alice 2.0 could be an Author, but I don't know. All we know is that apprently the Author uses a magic quill and gets tasked by Merlin, so we have no idea where the LoUS book came from and who wrote it as the only Author around was Isaac, unless there are more (as Rumple expressed that making a new quill wouldn't be farfetchedas all you need is enchanted wood).

Yeah, the author of the new universe where Ella 2.0 and the others live.
If she actually is also the Mad Hatter, she could be travelling between worlds and recording the tales of these worlds (and maybe she became "mad" because of it, just like Henry at the end of season 6).
I don't think fairytale characters that have a story can be tasked with an Author job. That's why the all three Authors are from LWM due to the fact that LWM people's stories don't be written.
That's right, except for Scheherazade, who represents the storyteller of 1001 Nights itself
