    • I'm not sure about Arthur. But until we see what Hades is truly like, I think Jafar is the most evil sorcerer.

And here is my list of Evil Villains. Who do you think is, was or will be worse?

      Black Beard

Black Fairy if she shows up soon

      Black Knights

      Blind Witch (Hansel & Gretal)

      Bo Peep

      Caterpillar

      Chernabog

    • Not much to say about past Dark One's, except Nimue she was more like Darth Sidious. Tamara and Greg got their karma. Walsh is kinda pathetic, same goes to the Sheriff of Nottingham and Sidney Glass. I despised King George and his associates, and Bo Peep. Gaston only appeared for a few minutes so there's not a lot to say about him. Pince Hans, I'm still waiting for Wolverine to slice & dice him. Ursula's reform, so there's not much to say about her. So has Maleficent and Lily (I think). Blackbeard and the Caterpillar are irratating like Jabba the Hutt and Boba Fett. I actually feel sympathetic for Ingrid, she's like Magneto. Not much to say about Chernabaug, dispite the fact that he's a demon. The Cheshire Cat, the Jabberwocky, and the Blind Witch are creepy. The ones that I hate the most are Isaac, Cora, Pan, Zelena, Cruella, Arthur, and Jafar. The only characters I like are Hook and Regina. As for Hades, according to Production reports, he's suppose to be like the devil, and can shapeshift, and manipulate other's thoughts and emotions, just to entertain himself. Also, you forgot to include Dark Swan in your list.

I forgot to. I do know she did terrible things similar to what all the other villains did such as: Breaking Henry's Heart, lying to everyone, ripping out Violet and Merida's hearts to do her bidding, almost killing Belle, doing premeditated murder on Zelena, turning Killian into a dark one against his wishes, and putting everyone including her family at risk.

    • Cruella, Issac, Cora, and Regina.

    • Do you mean worst as in the worst villain, like quality, or do you mean most evil? I'm my opinion the worst villain that I disliked the most was Pan; he was kind of boring to watch and also a kid surrounded by evil kids and a shadow. I'd say the most evil villain from your list would probably be Cruella just because she is crazy. Now by no means am I saying she is the most powerful, but she is like the Bellatrix Lestrange of Once Upon A Time.

    • As far as crazy wise Cruella is number 1, followed by Zelena, Pan, Arthur, and Jafar. However, part me feels that Hades my take the title of "number 1 Joker level craziest villain".

I am actually hoping they aren't going to make Hades a villain. In Greek mythology he wasn't more evil that the other gods. I hope the gang is just going to have to fight the dead. Like their old enemies.

    • Well, since the arc has not aired, I don't think we can include Hades, since we have no clue as to how evil he will be, or if he is even the villian. (My guess is he is)

Cruella was definitely a psychopath when she was alive, and is #2 on my list. But I think the worst villain (or maybe stated better, the best villain) is Rumple. Sure he's had his seemingly bright moments, but his manipulations, lies, deceit, and murder put him in a league of his own. After 4 1/2 seasons, he has had only 1 arc where he was even remotely non-villainous (the NL arc), and even then he was selfish, and his actions were not as much heroic (except the final sacrifice) as much as self-serving.

    • If we're talking the most evil and terroizing and not worst as in the villains who suck, I'd say the following are:

      Cruella

      Rumplestiltskin

      The Evil Queen

      Maleficent

      (Presumably) Hades

      Zelena

      King George

      Peter Pan

      Cora

      Nimue

      Ingrid

      Jafar

Now, I don't know if this is also what you meant but I thought I'd add in my choice for the worst villains as in they are annoying and/or I just plain hate them IMO:

      Peter Pan

Greg (I feel bad for him as a child but found him super annoying as an adult)

      Tamara

      King George

      King Arthur

      Bo Peep

      Hans

      Jack

      James

        Preparing Editor Spell
    • Personally, I never saw James as a "Villian" as much as a spoiled prince D-Bag. The only thing he did (that we've seen) is when he robbed and killed the Giants.  That was bad, yes, but was still more of a D-Bag move than a villian move.

    • Tamara and Greg got their karma.

Considering that Tamara's last moments alive were expressing regret for her actions and warning Henry to keep away from the Lost Boys . . . I find it very difficult to accept that she "got her karma".  In fact, I hope Rumpelstiltskin pays the price (and dearly) for murdering her in such a brutal fashion.

That was a villainous move to me.  Prince James led a slaughter against the Giants.  And he had refused to help Jack when she was dying of poison.

    • Ok, it was a villainous move, but then again, Snow's Murder of Cora would also classify as such.  And I see no way that anyone would classify Snow as a villain.

My point was that James has not really shown enough to be classified as a Villain. Just a first class Jerk. (opinion of which was reinforced by his "introduction" to Snow in the Underworld Diner). Now, if they do more with James in the 2nd Half of Season 5 (and fill in some back story), I might be persuaded to reconsider.

    • Without a doubt, Cruella and Jafar take the cake for evil. Zelena for mentally unstable.

        Preparing Editor Spell
    • After seeing Hades, it would seem that he might take the title "Most twisted Villain", also does anyone think that Peter Pan might redem himself?

        Preparing Editor Spell
    • Cora and Malcolm/Pan are both pretty awful. Pan is worse than Cora I guess, because he doesn't even love his son that much.

Jafar is pretty evil as is Cruella, though she had less of a chance to show it.

        Preparing Editor Spell
    • Jafar is arguably the worse person, but then again they all have had bad childhoods. Jafar is the one that literally got what he wanted, which was to have his father love him, so that he could kill him and show him what it was liked to be betrayed.

Cruella seems to be amoral, almost, but she seems pretty much just that. Just a killing machine that can't kill. She had no hope whatsoever.

Hades hasn't been onscreen enough to tell. Zelena is just a bit unhinged and needs a good therapy session. Cora is fairly decent when compared to Pan, but Malcolm wasn't that bad of a father...I mean he did practically sell his son, but he himself was sold as a child. Apparently it was ommon in Malcolmn and Brennan's day.

Well Snow expressed guilt over killing Cora. James has not expressed any guilt whatsoever for his actions. Plus Snow killing Cora was just her mourning her mother and wanting to take down an evil person who has done many other terrible things. I feel weird defending Snow since I usually don't always like her but at the same time, I always felt she had her reasonable reasons for what she did to Cora.

    • 1. Peter Pan

      2. Cruella

      3. Hades

      4. Cora

      5. The Evil Queen

      6. Rumplestilskin

      7. King George

      8. Zelena

      9. King Arthur

      10. Tamara

Both Peter and Cruella are absolute 0 in terms of goodness, however Peter was much more effective and dangerous due to being smarter, so he takes it.

Though i do wonder what Cruella would do if she had a child....

    • Most evil to most pathetic:

1.Cruella 2.Cora 3.Evil Queen 4.Peter Pan 5.Hades 6.Rumplestilskin 7.Zelena (I really do love her, but to be honest, she wasn't cruel) 8.Arthur (Omg, screw you)

    • We should probably consider Mr. Hyde to be #1 now, with the PiccoloQueen being #2. Arthur turned out to be a pretty pathetic/decent guy in the end. As for Gold, he'll never change, he even said to himself that he's a villain.
