Yes, Cinderella's movie was out in 1950. But still, Isaac said the realms exist out of time.
And that explains nothing. There is no time space inconsistency. Realsm out of time is simply realms that stick with a certain period of time, but time does flow normally. Example, Victorian England has time flow normally. Alice grows up in concurrent time with every other world, but her world will always stick to the victorian Era of stress, culture, and stuff, even after she dies.
So, Cinderella's story happened in the 1970 and 80s in the EF, no matter how medieval EF is. It still happened after the fairytales and Disney movie.
We know this as Bae came around Big Ben's completion in the LWM which wasn't that long ago and Cinderella still came a couple decades or perhaps a century or two after him, even though the story existed beforehand.
Isaac's comment only addresses the time period the relam is stuck in, but time flows naturally as they get old and die, have kids and it'll still be looking the same.
