    • He needs to be killed off. I don't want him walking around in Camelot after this arc is over. But he might end up being the first to survive.

Merida will probably arrest Arthur, for killing her father.

Then, Merida's stupid. It's a war and it's fair and square. Fergus shouldn't be dramatically turning his back towards invaders.

Someone once taught her the meaning of mercy.... remember? This is OUaT, they have weird morals.

      I know. I know. Just like heroes don't kill......after season 1.

Merida has no right. Plus, we don't even no the outcome of that war. Did the invaders win and terrorize the land? Doesn't seem like it. The only person that should have a say is unsanded Gwen (who they'l unsand at the very last minute or never). Actually, if the castle disappears than the kingdom is broken and they could just choose a new king and order of governemnt because having a sword choose your king is pretty weak. Like was Camelot just a aimless kingdom? Why didn't any other kingdom absorb them? Why di they have knights? So was it an oligarchy, rulesd by the aristocracy and nobles.

      So many questions.........

Arthur could just have a name on an asylum cell, but then again, I don't think they actually treat people in there.

Why.... Arthur was arrested in Storybrooke. David is allowed to hand over custody of a prisoner to Merida. It might also to an attempt, to keep Dark Hook from killing Arthur.

Why is Arthur arrested in SB?

He tampered with evidence, and tried to evade authorities.

Not really. He created false drama, he touched no evidence, and he ran from guys with weapons drawn interrupting his wine time with his wife. David only went to arrest Arthur because he lied to him.....as a friend. Boohoo, move on.

Storybrooke has different laws.... how else do you explain having a former pirate, and a former thief as deputies?

It's an imbalance. Rumple just mafia'd them and they aren't going to arrest him. Regina did thy to murder them countless times and they wouldn't try to arrrest her.

    • Arthur killed Grif, which counts as both witness tampering and obstruction of justice, since he lied about having a magic bean that was stolen (did we ever find out WHY?), and that also counts as filing a false police report.

If we live in a town where Emma can arrest Will for ruining her date, then we live in a town where David can arrest Arthur for poisoning a man in the prison cell.

Well, they don't know about Arthur and Grif, so he's not arrested for that and they knpow nothing of those lies and I don't thin they'll ever find out. So he's imprisoned for lying to a friend.

Which, let's be real, is sadly par for the course in this show. :P

Merida doesn't have the legal right to arrest Arthur.  Even though both are in Storybrooke, she can't arrest him for something that happened in her world.  Besides, her father was killed on the field of battle.  She can challenge Arthur to a duel in order to kill him.  Or simply murder him.  But arrest him?  I doubt it.

It's more than that, Arthur was attempting to turn Storybrooke into a New Camelot, he lied to his people, he bewitched his own wife, he joined forces with Zelena. Screams mentally unstable to me.
