• I am wondering, why is he neutral, I though he was good

    • Walsh was willing to help anybody through the usage of his farce no matter what kind of person he is dealing with. That is what makes him a neutral character because he does not take sides, and the entire time, his reason for his assistance is mostly for his own gain in order to maintain his false reputation as the great and powerful Wizard of Oz.
