I love this episode, because I love Maleficent.
And Regina's outfit is top notch!

It is indeed Cat Stevens, the song is "Don't Be Shy"
Charming's throw of his sword is so timed that the Evil Queen takes it with her when she disappears from the wedding. How does he get it back? (4.50 min) Funny because I discussed with Lady Junky today, if Charming has more than one sword.
It makes sense that he would have more than one sword, and they may look the same. (As in, he likes that style, so he bought ten of them?)
I think we tend to think of his sword as unique and therefore special, but that doesn't have to be the case. Gold ends up with one of his swords, not necessarily THE sword, and gives it to Emma simply because it belonged to her father.
Also, Emma has yet to change her clothes!
Good news for Robin Hood and Marian, if they need Dr. Hopper's help: The diagnosis is free.
Another thought, Granny's "no felons" ordinance comment has basis in reality. Cities in several states have had/have ordinances requiring convicted felons to to "check in" or register with local police (either within 24 hours of arrival, or if they're staying a certain amount of time)
Also, Regina and the Queen are wonderful here. Regina's smoldering exchanges with Emma are amazing, and the Queen killing her father is just.... I have no words!!
I forgot how subtle Gold was in the beginning. He just pops in and messes things up again and pops out, leaving us wondering just what he does or doesn't know.
You're right. I love his conversation with Regina at the end of this episode.

I love Gold and Rumple, especially in this early stage. Robert Carlyle plays him so well.
