  • Which of his characters will be prominent? What are some ideas for either character to be a part of or influence? My personal idea would be that, in Storybrooke, Regina finds him (in jail or otherwise) and they reunites or have a reunion after Regina is heartbroken. Any other ideas?

    • OUaT has yet to adapt Aladdin from 1001 Arabian Nights, and Sidney was originally the Genie of Agrabah.... so, do the math. ;)

    • There is a mirror involved in the Snow Queen fairy tale, maybe they will use him in some way that relates him to the Frozen arc

    • Both are possible. I mean right now she feels like she has no one at all (Besides Henry) She could possibly leave the diner, run into Elsa, become friends with her, and they stay at Regina's for the night. The next day, Regina has an epiphany or random idea and decides to recruit Sidney Glass. She gets him out of the mental ward. Now he may have a connection to Elsa, Anna, and Kristoff, which could play a major part in the episode. It could be that Elsa made some bad (Unpredictable) wishes that caused animosity between her, Anna, and Kristoff. That would be so interesting. And then it all ends with Anna and Kristoff arriving in Storybrooke. What do y'all think of this? :D

    • If they bring him back just to kill him off I will be an angry man!

      I hope it's Sidney. I missed him!

    • I really just want to know what happened to him after the curse broke. Did he become a face in the mirror again, or did he become a genie again? Is he still locked up in that asylum?

Agreed, I'd like to know what happened to him in the past few months.

    • Well the fact that Blue didn't get her wings back when the curse broke meant that nothing really huge changed. She also needed fairy dust for her wand too. When the curse was undone, the fairies got their wings back, so it can be presumed that Sidney re-became the magic mirror again, but was never used by Regina, even though during that time, he could have been a valuable assset, to help the heroes see what Zelena was really up to. It can also be presumed that Maleficent regained her human form, but we don't know what else happened with her since then.

    • That's assuming Maleficient is still alive in the first place, which is left unclear. Anyways, after the second curse everybody seemed to be back to being humans in Storybrooke, so Sidney might well be free from the mirror again.

Apparently, none of the Sleeping Beauty characters stay dead on OUaT.

I hope so, especially since Kristin van Straten will be free from filming True Blood and wouldn't be having a conflicting schedule. I think the SB storyline and her character in particular has such a huge potential. Not necessarily as a main villain, but for a S1-style “fairytale of the week” kind of thing.

OUaT does not really do the "fairytale of the week" thing anymore. Since Disney's Maleficent was a finacial success, it is very possible that Season 4.B will feature the Sleeping Beauty arc. The backstory of Maleficent and King Stefan, would work perfectly on the show. Not to mention, that the Evil Queen and Maleficent were frenemies.

    • Other than Sidney (whom I LOVE), I want King George and Jefferson back.

    • King George was last seen (Present Day) in a deleted scene, where he was handcuffed to something in the mines, but seemed to have disappeared in 2.22. No one knows where he went after the curse was undone. On another note, Jefferson was last seen (Present Day) in 2.03 when he reunited with Grace/Paige. But it remains unknown if he was transported to Wonderland or EF when the curse was undone. I also wonder what Dr. Whale/Frankenstein did when the curse was undone, during the missing year. He was most likely in the LWC and possibly reunited with his brother.

    • Regina's curse was undone, so he went back to the mirror. Snow's curse, from all we've seen, restored everything and everyone in Storybrooke, so he's most likely walking around as good ol' Sidney Glass :D
