  • Has it been confirmed? I just read on barbara Hershey's page and Cora's and it said she would be in episode 1x11 of Once: Wonderland. Where is the article confirming this?

    • yes. Once Upon a Time in Wonderland wouldn't be complete without the Queen of Hearts

    • Yes it's confirmed.

    • Yeah! Then we can finally see more of QoH and get that confusing timeline out of the way

Definitely. I wonder is she some kind of usurper to Red King's throne or she rules different realm or there is a civil war between them. OUaT in Wonderland's take on Game of Thrones :)

    • I hope they make her more powerful than jafar, because that's what she was suppose to be in the original, just under rumplestiltskin. And jafar looks like he can take down the red queen pretty easily, I hope he doesn't do the same with Cora. And if they do have a confrontation, that Cora is more powerful.

    • I don't think we'll get to see Cora/Jafar confrontation, it would be either Alice's ot Red Queen's backstory. Maybe she is not as powerful (magically wise) as Jafar but I believe she is more dangerous than him.

It also is to be noted that Cora doesn't have a heart to care about. However I do think that she would overpower Jafar.

    • I would be more interested to see Rose Mcgowan return as young Cora.  I think she played young Cora to the hilt.

    • I, on the other hand, picture Jafar and Cora as equals.

She may return to OUaT but we can't see her in Wonderland. She was already her older self when she became Queen of Hearts.

It could work that way either.

lol I meant it could work either way - one of them being more powerful or both being equally powerful.

    • Since Jafar is mostly in Wonderland during present day events, I don't think there could be a confrontation between them. On the other hand, it would be really interessing to see them interact, since Hershey and Andrews were a couple for 10 years.

    • What?

      Real life couple?

Yes, real life couple. Barbara Hershey and Naveen Andrews first got together in 1999, and separated at least once in the early 2000's, and then broke up somewhere around 2009.

    • That is cute! So undoubtedly she is a cougar in real life!

Maybe they could make them a couple in the series (before QoH is dead ofc). And maybe Jafar knows all along that Cora is dead and the sole reason he wanted the three genie is to bring her to life? After all, one of the genie's rule of the wish is rhat they cannot bring the death back to life. But if JAfar have three powerful genies on hand, this can be realized? Hmm?

That's quite possible. It is a very good reason for someone to change the rules of magic. We all know that magic can do literally everything except for bringing people back to life, so changing the rules of magic could bring the possibility of resurrection. But if that's the case here, I can see Jaffar resurrecting his mother instead of Cora...but I would love to see Cora again. She is the best OUaT villain so far.

    • Although this is on the topic of Cora, I wanted to say something about Jafar. I hope his relation with Jasmine is more explained. I can imagine him having one weak spot for his half-sister, who did love him. I don't know how old Jafar was when he was dumped, but I really would like to see their relationship. I don't care about Aladdin somehow

Was that ever confirmed or hinted at, in Bad Blood.... Princess Jasmine being Jafar's half-sister? I thought, it was just a theory.

    • Yeah. I think Cora is a horrible villain. But after last night, I feel Sultan is more horrible than Cora.

Yeah it is not confirmed or anything. But if Jasmine still is the daughter of that same sultan then she should be Jafar's half-sister
