Hey! In order to get rid of trolls more quickly in the future, we're giving all staff members rollback rights. This means that you can undo (rollback) all edits by one user in a single click, which removes their edit(s) from the Recent Activity feed. Use it well, and let me know if you have any questions!
It would be wonderful if you could join us! If you don't want people to know your true identity, you can easily create an account with a nickname or alias. You don't have to share anything you're not comfortable with :-)
Hi Esk, so I’m sort of learning how to do this whole discussion mod thing and I was wondering if you have any advice on how to deal with off topic stuff and warnings because as you can see from that killing of black knights thread, I’m still a bit unsure.
I have a question involving Anastasia from OUATIW. In my S2 of OUATIW, I was thinking of for the flashback in my S2 finale, I would explain Will and Anastasia's backstory that would featured characters from the first iteration of Cinderella. Anastasia would take the place of the stepsister known as Tisbe who made a minor appearence in S6 episode "The Other Shoe" due to runtime. I know that a crewmember tweeted that she met a duke, but they didn't said she married the duke. Anyway, my question related to a tweeted on October, 2016 made by Adam Horowitz that stated the Red Queen isn't the first iteration of Cinderella's stepsister. However, in an online podcast in November 2017, Eddy Kitsis stated that the Red Queen "would have been more tied" to the first Cinderella indicating that there is a connection between the two characters. So, my question is that does my idea of using the first iteration of Cinderella as the basics for Will and Anastasia's love story contradict the rules of the fanon season 8 and beyond board as its said to accept the show's canon from beginning to end.
Canonicaly, Lady Tremaine of the original Enchanted Forest had two daughters, Tisbe and Clorinda. So, it wouldn't be true to make them sisters. I guess, cousins or distant family members or neighbors or whatnot is fine.
As you may know, the users have voted to promote you to Discussion Moderator (if you are okay with it). This job comes with extra powers and responsibilities; in addition to moderating the forums, you will also be able to moderate chat (kick/ban users) and edit and delete article comments. Are you interested?
I asked in both the 721 and 722 thread, and no one seemed to notice, because so much is going on in those, which is why I made a thread specifically for it. But then you closed that, so I have still yet to see any of these supposed leaks, besides the one page of 721 and one page of 722. Is that all there is?
Just a little request. I know you already gave your two cents on the topic, but that's not so much about personal opinions. More about a topical discussion :)
It is about the rename Ursula pages thread. As you know, the thread is clearly and explicity about renaming the Ursula pages; but as some users tried to shift the discussion away, then some users are confused.
The most recent example is Matheus1234zx. Basically, he sais he agrees with the rename... while he mentions that he wants to keep Deity/Sea Witch as part of their names.
Clearly, a real confusion and problem about the real topic of the discussion is ongoing, so I was wondering if you could clean the messages unrelated to the discussion please ^^ I mean, I already asked people if they could stay focus on the real discussion, but that's not enough.
I know you prolly noticed this problem/attitude before coming from this user... And I know some people already complained about that. But, hey, it keeps happening and, personally, I find that deeply annoying. Especially when there are like... 2 months before the ending of the series?
As you can see, 8rob is still there spreading his hate against Cinderella/Jacinda, when it is not against Dania. I mean, I'm fairly sure that's what we call "free constant bashing", and that's not even in a Rant & Rave thread... I decided to report 8rob to you, rather than answering myself or reporting him/her to an admin directly.
Done. It's always a tricky case as something's walk the line between "bashing" and just being simply sarcastic/negative.
But for the context, at least, it probably falls more into "a negative post using news as a reason to post the comment", which is hard to distinguish as technically the news didn't say "who", but context pretty much tells us "who".
Seeing that the news obviously implys Tilly, the Jace comment can easily be seen as unnecessary, so I removed the post (and the chain with the post).
