Jesse Hutch is the Canadian actor who portrays Peter on ABC's Once Upon a Time.
Biography
Jesse Hutchakowski,[3] professionally known as Jesse Hutch, was born on February 12,[1] 1981[2] in Canada. He attended an Outdoor Education Program at Algonquin College and was a white water raft guide for four years before beginning to pursue a career as an actor. His television debut was on the series Dark Angel. Jesse also appeared on hit shows Smallville and Taken. Aside from this, he has been in episodes of The CW's Hellcats and ABC Family's Kyle XY along with films Freddy vs. Jason, Ashton Kutcher's The Butterfly Effect, and The Tooth Fairy.[4]
One of his side projects include a 2011 collaboration with co-producer and production coordinator David Skidmore and editor James Kim to create the short film Saving Private Ryan In 60 Seconds. It garnered second place at the Virgin Fake Film Fest 2011.[5] In 2012, Jesse competed, with his previous production and editor team, in the 10th Annual 168 Film Festival with each filmmaking group assigned a theme at random and given ten days for pre-production and one-hundred eighty hours to create and deliver the finished film.[6] He produced and directed a World War II short film called Ghosts of Europe[5] that was shot in two nights from five p.m. till five a.m. with recording completed in 120 hours.[7] The short film won in the 10th Annual 168 Film Festival's category for Best International Film.[8]
