Goldie Hoffman is the American-Canadian actor who plays Tisbe on Season Six of ABC's Once Upon a Time.
Biography
Goldie Hoffman was born in Brooklyn, New York City, where she grew up with her parents and nine siblings. When her parents divorced, her mother moved the family to Montreal, Canada, where Goldie got a bachelor's degree from the McGill University, where she double-majored in History and International Studies. Upon graduation, she applied to and was accepted into law school, but decided at the last moment to pursue acting instead and enrolled in theater school, where she become a trained professional actor.[1]
In addition to playing Tisbe on Once Upon a Time, Goldie's roles of note include a forensic police technician in the television series Lucifer,[1] and an ER nurse in the 2016 thriller film The 9th Life of Louis Drax.[2] She is also a writer and comedian who writes and performs stand-up and sketch comedy at live shows and the internet. She is a writer and regular cast member of the comedy series TMI Hollywood, which is shot live in front of a studio audience on the at the Hudson Theater in Hollywood. She also works as a host and emcee for various live events and television, including film festivals, fashion weeks and news events.[1]
Goldie has a dual US-Canadian citizenship. She lives in Los Angeles but makes frequent trips to Vancouver, Canada.[1]
