History
Before First Curse
After Snow White makes a wish on a star to have the power she needs to protect her daughter, her wish is granted with a singing spell cast on the entire kingdom. Believing their song is powerful enough to defeat the Evil Queen thanks to the love they share, Snow White and Prince Charming make a deal with Captain Killian Jones to take them to the Evil Queen's palace where they begin a battle with the Evil Queen, singing their song and chasing her with a sword. The Evil Queen fires back, using her witchcraft and the song inside of her heart. Although Snow and Charming's song is more powerful, the Evil Queen leads them to a music box she found in her vault, actually left for her by Zelena, and extracts the song from the entire kingdom, leaving Snow and Charming powerless to stop her curse. ("The Song in Your Heart")
Singers
Lyrics
- Snow White & Prince Charming
- There's a powerful magic
- When two hearts are one
- A powerful magic
- Bright as the sun
- Goodness will triumph, and evil's undone
- When you dare to heed love's call
- Cause love is the most powerful magic of all
- Evil Queen
- Down with love, down with hope
- Don't need blind faith to cope
- Or inspiring songs in my heart
- Got the magic I need
- For my darkest of deeds
- Love at times can entrance
- But love doesn't stand a chance
- No, no, love doesn't stand a chance
- Snow White & Prince Charming
- It's a powerful magic
- When two voices soar
- We're ever more hopeful
- For what lies in store
- Evil Queen
- Once I loved and once I learned
- Love is weakness
- Love will leave you burned
|
|
- Evil Queen
- Got you where I want you now
- Your spell will soon be broken
- Let us see how strong you are
- When everything is spoken
