We have a title!
The Dark Swan. Now who could that be referring to? ;)

First scene of the episode (prolly? one of the first for sure)
^I think it will start with a Merida scene, and after the title sequence that scene will air.
I agree with Winter. Although, I don't know if Merida will be the first scene. Â I am suspecting something in Camelot, with King Arthur and the knights, Title Card, This scene, then cut to Emma, and I think it's here that we will get introduced to Merida. In a couple of the articles, A & E mention that Merida will interact a lot with Emma.
It is interesting that Killian is the one that grabs the dagger, realizes what's happened and immediately tries to summon her.Â
I don't think an obvious title is always a bad thing. Sometimes it's enough to make us excited too.
As for "Mother", I thought it was one of the most perfectly named epsiodes in the series since the entire theme was motherhood: Cora, Snow, Regina, Maleficent all played important parts connected to motherhood. It should have been the Mother's Day episode. it was so close!

Here it says that Eion Bailey (who plays August) was unable to join a new show due to previous commitments and filiming clashes.
I checked his wikipedia page, and it really doesn't look like he's been in anything significant except Once Upon a Time in the past few years, so I think there's a high possibility of him returning for Season Five!
Fingers crossed!

I checked on Wikipedia as well for Meghan Ory who played Ruby. There doesn't seem to be anymore films or shows on the list for her. So there is a high possibility for her to return for season five as well.

She filmed a pilot at the beginning of the year I think, or last year, didn't get picked up.
Also, somebody on twitter asked Adam to include both Lily and Maleficent in season 5, and Kristin Bauer retweeted the post.
So bascially we will see Emma as the Dark Swan, Charming and company trying to get to Camelot to save her (and maybe getting there in one episode, that's pretty fast even for them), Arthur and company in present day meeting with them, and Merida (also in present day, I think). Sounds like an interesting, if not strange episode. I wonder if anything will be flashback, or if it is all present day.
i hope we get to see morgan le fayÂ
