Decent sneak peek. Naveen is arogant, which matches his Disney counterpart. Glad Ella is at least appearing in some FBs, even if she isn't doing much. As for if the alligators tie to a witch, there is an evil female Disney character who has pet alligators, although I don't know if I think she is popular enough to be adapted onto Once:

So Naveen will be a villain and Facilier... well maybe a "neutral" character rather than a villain (or even a hero, who knows)
That's why Naveen didn't stay with them as Tiana's boyfriend
