I have noticed that the "Season 6 Two Brothers" thread is becoming season 6 speculation land. To keep that thread on-topic as speculation about the two brothers, this thread has been created to discuss the upcoming mental hospital arc.

I think her vision will play out later. 6x10 is about Emma realize who is under the hood, and the next episodes will be about her dealing with the knowledge that her friend/family is the one that may kill her
Eion Bailey will be back in the first half of the season. http://www.etonline.com/tv/200263_exclusive_once_upon_a_time_eion_bailey_will_return_pinocchio_august_season_6/
"Once co-creators Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis promise that August's homecoming will be especially helpful to his BFF, Emma, who is currently battling with mental visions of her own demise.
"As a resident of Storybrooke and a close friend of Emma's, every now and then you need to call on Pinocchio to save the day," the showrunners shared with ET."

The most interesting answer to me: they're not writing season 6 as the final season.

Yeah, but that's standard talk. At best, it means they still have the seven/eight season idea sticking around.
Yay for a new hot seat! Not that it answers much (I felt like almost every answer was "can't say"), but still nice to have. And more yay for August returning. I met Eion at the Chicago con this year, and he's really cool, so I'm happy he is coming back again. Hopefully this means we get Gepetto/Marco in this season as well.
YYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!
August! He totally needed to be in the Dark Swan arc but anyway....
I hope they will include him with a bigger role in 6B
I would gladly trade August for Zelena, Belle Henry and Rumple all together.
About the hot seat:
1. Henry is the freaking author for god's sake! The Evil Queen and Hyde shouldn't be threat for the author. Can't Henry just erase them?
2. About why the Evil Queen didn't die in 5x23, the EQ was born from Regina's hate to Snow White. (all the rest was collateral damage). I think she needs to ask for forgiveness to Snow White. And also forgive Snow for telling her secret. We know they are already friends now, but she needs to say the words. That would destroy the EQ I think. I mean, what else could it be? Regina already healed from Daniel's death as we saw in season 5. It has to be about Snow, not Daniel.
3. So, Jasmine was in the LoUS?
4. Wonderland is still canon!
5. There is totally going to be time jump at some point this season.
1. There are limits on Henry's powers (unless he chooses to abuse them). He can't just erase them. Besides, in the case of the EQ, I don't think she's a threat for Henry regardless.
2. The EQ is not going to ask forgiveness. Regina has already been forgiven, and the EQ may want to remind everyone why they shouldn't forgive Regina. I think there are other things in play (like what was in the serum that was used to separate J&H and R&EQ?)
3. There are a lot of ways to read the answer to the question on Jasmine. one is that she is part of the LoUS crew that come over. and taking the simplest answer to be the most likely (all things being equal), I think that is the direction we should expect.
4. Wonderland was always canon. Storybrooke was part of the Wonderland Pilot, Ashley and Leroy and Granny's were part of the wonderland pilot, Will came from Wonderland to the Main show. Robin, Maleficent, and Cora were all part of Wonderland. Wonderland was part of Once before WOnderland was a spin-off. What the presence of Dr. Lydgate does is confirm that the writers have not forgotten Wonderland, meaning that there is still a possibility for other 'loose ends' from Wonderland to make their way to the main show. (also hinted at in the Hot Seat interview)
5. While that would be nice for a number of reasons, there was nothing in the hot set that indicated that there would be a time jump.
Not sure where to post this but it appears the Sheriff of Nottingham will be back pretty soon. https://twitter.com/WilTraval/status/788553339428560896
