I wonder, if Cruella's first interaction with Belle holding a dalmatian puppy she says,
- Cruella: Oh my! I think I'm seeing spots.
- Belle: Thank you, I just brought him.
- Cruella: What a wonderful, doggie. He's lucky to have you.
then she walks off, but keeps turning around and seeing the little thing, then somehow walks back into the PetShelter and flips the OPEN sign to CLOSED, then says... "Well, that's one down. 98 more to go!" --- which most likely means, she could have Perdita. bc Cruella holds up a pink dog-collar with Perdita's name on it as she goes to back and down to the basement she calls 'Hell Hall', all 97 puppies are seen in huge cages, she says "Now! Who wants to be drowned, next?!" I just want her to NOT only have a connection with Pongo, but also with Granny, Anita/Roger & Ruby. If she was responsible for making Granny a widow, it would be confirmed that it was Cruella that started the Wolf/Human hunts, when Granny blamed her for her families death, then her husbands. bc then during the missing year, Pongo could've met Perdita.. and then Perdy's had like the original tale, 15 puppies just before Snow's curse was cast and once again, Pongo was separated from his Perdy, the one Belle is holding, is Lucky. So unless, Pongo turns out to be Perdita's Prince from the novel, who was a real person like Roger... then this could work. I think, since Lucky&Cadpig were the runts of both versions/litter the novel& the film adaptations. Instead by drowning Lucky, she sold him to Belle, as a favor for Rumple, if his wife was distracted she woudn't know what he was doing with her&Ursula. Makes sense.
