Regina and Robin never had the same endgame feel to them, nor a whole season focused around their love story.
The thing is that Eddy and Adam hinted, early on in Season 3, that the relationship would end tragically. Season 3 ended with Marian being resurrected. Season 4 ended with Zelena being pregnant with Robin's child. Season 5 ended with Robin's death. Regina and Robin were a tragic romance, but still very much an endgame.
Regina is not getting another love interest, since Robin was her soulmate. The writers want to show the audience just how much she has grown, by putting her in a similar position to when she first became the Evil Queen.
That's my point, they kept trying to work it out, and they never could get it to work. Regina and Robin was tragic, but I'm still not sold that Regina won't find someone else to be with by the end of the show. In fact, the series finale could be Regina's wedding, to paralel Snow and Charming's wedding in the Pilot.
And to say something on topic: I don't really care if we have one longer hiatus or many short breaks, either way we have approimatly 30 Sundays every year when Once is not airing.
In fact, the series finale could be Regina's wedding, to paralel Snow and Charming's wedding in the Pilot.
More like Emma's wedding would parallel her parents'.

Yeah right. If they were paralleling them, then the heart sharing thing would've work. But it didn't. That proves that the makers are not and will not parallel the Charmings. The only parallel we've seen was between Emma and Regina. And what happened to Regina often hints that the same thing might happen to Emma.
Let's get back on topic about the full arc.

Let's get back on topic about the full arc.
1. A parallel would not have to match everything to be a parallel. If anyone gets married in the series finale, be it Emma and Hook, Belle and Rumple, Regina and some dude, Red and Dorothy, or even Henry and Violet, it would be a parallel, because wedding in first episode/wedding in last episode, is the parallel being made.
2. Your mini-modding, and the mods will get mad if you do that. It is their job to tell people to get back on topic, not yours.
It's fine to casually try to get back on topic and lol, I totally read the post already and I'd let it slide for this time., but...
Let's get back on topic. A finale wedding is not even close to being on topic.

Why did you erase my comment? I didn't do anything. And whose side are you on? I was trying to stay on topic.

Staying on topic and telling others multiple times to stay on topic are different. It's my job to do so. You can casually mention it, but do not constantly tell others what to do.

It is if this is the final season. ;P
But I get your point. Although I'm not sure how much more anyone can say about this topic, besides other people coming to say they are happy or not happy that they are doing the one big arc structure again.

We have 6 arc threads. There can be thousands of threads, so don't clutter this thread with off-topic banter.
