I was just wondering about the logistics of it - can OUAt be picked up by another network? How come news outlets aren't seeming to present it as a possibility?

To be fair they never made a reboot of OUAT. Even though it focused on new characters, Season 7 was dependant on its previous seasons. I could see them doing an actual reboot focusing exclusively on new characters (no one being related to Henry at all), while still having the old mains occasionally guest star, so to incourage new viewers to watch the series without needing to watch previous seasons to understand the story.
Yeah, I know, I was just pointing out the authors are wrong. A reboot is meant to wipe away any continuity from previous works. For example, Rise of the Planet of the Apes is a reboot. Casino Royale is, as well, because previous movies belong to a different continuity. Same as for Spiderman: Homecoming being an actual reboot of Spiderman.

Well technically Rise is more of a prequel to the original, but in a alternate timeline, but still a reboot.
Lady Rapunzel was just mentioning a possibility that he thinks that could happen. As far as we know, it is not.
Well, it's now official. OUAT was picked up by D+ and will be arriving there by Sep 18. It's a start. But of course, I'm sure everyone knows that now.

Are you trolling us...? 🤨
Never mind; I see that you are referring to the series becoming available for streaming on Disney+ on Sep 18. Just be more clear next time; what you wrote could easily be interpreted as the series being actually revived.

No I'm not. I was just informing and bringing good news that it's it's officially moving to D+. Nothing else.

Yes, I see that now. Just read what I wrote earlier; what you wrote suggests an actual revival rather than streaming.
Yes, I've been trying to. Thanks.
