I mean, define good.
I think it's pretty decent, actually really good in some places. It does have a lot of faults; under developed characters and relationships, a WTF even timeline, can get pretty boring in some parts, the Candy Killer plot (seriously, what was that?).
Imo, the highlights ar Drizella (not just because Adelaide Kane is so hot she makes me want to cry) and Curious Archer. Adult!Henry is cool and I like his dynamic with Lucy and Ella. And Tiana, Naveen and Facilier were great, but criminally underused. Unfortunately some of the good parts weren't used enough. Also, Regina and Rumple are actually relatively well-written, which is weird. If I didn't know them from s1-6, I might actually like them.
I think it's okay, but it lacks the magic of season 1-6. Nothing made me dance in my seat and punch the air and go "yeah, baby". It just doesn't feel like Once Upon A Time. It feels like a different show with the same premise. I'd say it's second to bottom in my ranking, just above s6 (because while I do like a good part of s6, soem of it makes me want to punch my computer screen).
