Acting since her first gig as an infant in an Office Depot commercial, Bailee went on to work in such films as Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark with Katie Holmes, Brothers opposite Tobey Maguire, Natalie Portman and Jake Gyllenhaal, Just Go with It starring Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston, Conviction alongside Hilary Swank and Minnie Driver as well as Parental Guidance with comedians Bette Midler and Billy Crystal. Other roles were as May Belle in Bridge to Terabithia and the Disney Channel's Wizards of Waverly Place as Maxine for its fourth and final season.[6] She awed audiences in the independent movie Phoebe in Wonderland, starring with Felicity Huffman and Elle Fanning, and on the long-running NBC television drama Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

Not only passionate about acting, Bailee is deeply invested in spreading knowledge through an charity organization, Alex's Lemonade Stand, that raises awareness and money towards pediatric cancer. Off-screen, she enjoys cooking, swimming, biking, arts and crafts, and most of all, spending time with family and friends with her pet goldendoodle, Maddie.[2]
