How come those characters the musketeers, Dr. Jekyll, captain Nemo, are in the land shouldn’t they be in London or France just asking and what other characters are in that strange new land?

I loved how all the realms became one it’s so cool and it looks more fun then Disney world. So every fairy tale character is now there wish I lived there. To be honest I had dream similar to that like I walked from Mulan’s kingdom all the way to The Emerald city. Wonder if it’s possible to make a model of that.
