You know, besides Alice and Robin who were the 2 majorly recurring "heroes," no guest stars from solely season 7 appeared in the finale, period.
They should've at least included Naveen. He would've only appeared in the coronation scene next to Tiana, but I mean, why not if they were going to have random wish characters attend?

This is kind of muddy because it's based on whatever assumption you make about the scene in which Regina tells the 2 Henrys about her curse plans. It's not completely canonically clear.
Everything makes the most sense if you assume Regina merged all the realms AFTER everyone from the future returned to their proper time. We don't actually see her casting the curse it right then and there onscreen when she first talks about it, so I'm going to assume someone found a time portal first. The episode did an overall poor job of acknowledging the time situation, but I'm going to hope that they did *not* merge two timelines in only addressing the merging of all the realms. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we have:
- 18-yr-old Storybrooke Henry stayed in the past after everyone went back to their time and he is the same person who has grown into "adult Hyperion Heights Henry." There are only two of him - the one from HH and then the Wish version.
- Same with Storybrooke Zelena - she's the past version of San Francisco Zelena and they are not two separate bodies. Only 1 Zelena exists at the time of the coronation, plus a Wish Zelena if she's alive.
- There are indeed 3 Reginas - Wish Regina, the Serum Queen, and the OG Regina. Like Storybrooke Zelena, that Regina from the past is not separate from the original one who was taken from the future.
- Everyone who existed in the EF (at least, but from Wish Cruella's existence, could be many more realms) now has a Wish double living amongst them in the overall United Realms, but there should not currently be 3 of anyone except Regina, I believe.

Gideon should've appeared again before 7x22, in some sort of pre-curse NEF flashback.
Due to the way they ended up writing it with going straight from curse-breaking --> Wish Rumple --> Wish Realm --> Snowglobe --> death to stop Wish Rumple, there wasn't really room for them to squeeze Gideon in there unless he was already with the group before this, especially when you throw in the time travel. But since Rumple spent so many years looking for the Guardian in the NEF, they could've somehow written Gideon into Rumple's last centric instead of just referencing him.
There's one thing I don't get. Does combining all the realms mean that everyone from Hiperion Heights, Storybrooke, and Wish Realm live in Storybrooke? With so many versions of the same people who are identicle living close together, there is going to be a lot of confusion.
Did this curse make Storybrooke much bigger? How were they able to fit everyone from every realm in a small town?
I'm guessing the time travel thing is no longer an issue because characters from both timelines are now in Storybrooke.
Storybrooke isn't the same size judging by the shot of them panning over multiple realms within Storybrooke.
For me, it's the easiest to look at it as the original Storybrooke town becoming another FTL realm - in that there are no portals needed between any realms and you can now travel across them like they are countries. You can see that the realms are still "separated," they're just accessible. So once you cross the townline, into this "Storybrooke" universe, it's a whole other infinite world with a ton of land mass.
Aww, goodbye, last spoiler thread!
Robert and Emilie have been dropping a few more while they still can. xD The afterlife looks gloomier than I had expected. https://twitter.com/robertcarlyle_/status/997602414327975938
He's sent these GIFs from the PR team to post before an episode airs.
So if this is the one they decided to give him today.........¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I hope we hear some Isham classics like Snow and David’s theme and I wish we could have had some EQ theme sprinkled in. (Also, in some episodes, I found that the music was really good, but overpowering the voices at times.)
Mark just posted the 7x22 suite and it sounds lovely: https://soundcloud.com/markisham/ouat-722-finale-part-ii-suite

Honestly, they probably did "forget" that Eion played both current Pinocchios.
But also, its interesting that going by the outfits, it looks like we have EF Blue with modern Archie and Geppetto?

What's bolded is particularly concerning since the coronation simply cannot happen in their current time due to Emma's child. Which makes it odd if Zelena in the end was lost about her marriage and stuffs. Also, I vaguely remember from the call sheets Regina merging stuff, and the coronation scene is consdiered "SB" despite it being in Snowing's chapel...uh, I don't know where I was going with this.
They probably didn't include anything in the finale with the original Zelena until the group coronation scene, so Bex herself was left wondering if Zelena had gotten married yet or not. In 7x17, Robin mentioned the wedding was a couple of months out from that point in time.
If Regina gets coronated not too long after they all return to their actual future time period, those "couple of months" might not have actually passed yet.......right?
But I just realized that Zelena got engaged to a 2017 Chad, so did he come back to the future with her? She made it to the coronation, so I take it she didn't stay in 2017 unless it becomes really easy to travel through time now. But Kip Pardue isn't in the episode.....
If its the second one, how in the world is baby Hope there?
They are still in the same time period as HH - aka "the past," where Henry is currently ~18 years old. And Rebecca just mentioned in the article that there will be a younger Robin.
Hope doesn't come along until years after Henry has left for his travels.
Guys... No one is going to "damage the timeline". Even if they tried, they can't. It's a closed time loop. Whatever happened happened. They can't change a bit. It's NOT like Zelena's time travel spell.
I was talking from Robin's point of view, in regards to why she might only be approaching Zelena but not anyone else, including past Regina. Your reasoning for time travel may be true, but perhaps Robin doesn't know that and that will be the excuse they use.
