Everyone should think simple of the realms included in the montage, If they want a representation of every realm appears on the screen, then they would choose the main reality first, over New realms or Wish realm. So it’s main Wonderland, main Evil Queen castle. Heck, maybe they could evem mash-up the versions, like two Evil Queen castle mashes into one, like in those Marvel/DC Crisis comics.

The Zelena at the end was Kelly, not past Zelena. She poofed by magic. I think Zelena has drunk the forgetting potion to go to the NEF, when Kelly returned for Regina’s coronation
